Every year, August 21 is the WED: World Entrepreneurs’ Day. The purpose of the World Entrepreneurs’ Day is to create awareness for entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership throughout the world. Keeping in view of this ED Cell organized an Expert Lecture on “Entrepreneurial Journey” on 21st August 2023. The event was attended by more than 100 students from different streams such as Pharmacy, Management, and Engineering. Mr Harshit Kakkar MD HSN Machinery shared his journey as an Entrepreneur. Initially the participants got to understand the importance of Entrepreneurship, as it has the ability to improve standards of living and create wealth, not only for the entrepreneurs but also for related businesses. The purpose of this lecture was to help participants understand the process challenges and rewards of Entrepreneurship. The ED Cell is privileged and proud at the moment and grateful to the Management Mr. Suresh Tayal Member Secretary and Mr. Rakesh Tayal Vice Chairman PIET for their progressive outlook which always favours innovation and development.
